About Us
Vital Star Coaching® was born from a journey of resilience, transformation, and purpose. After a motorcycle accident in 2014 that resulted in the amputation of his left arm by 2016, CEO/Founder Jovanny Artiles Delarosa rebuilt his strength and identity through discipline, nutrition, and a deep commitment to personal growth.
What began as a personal mission evolved into a calling to help others navigate their own challenges with clarity, structure, and support. Vital Star Coaching® offers evidence‑based training, nutrition guidance, and wellness education grounded in both lived experience and academic study.
Jovanny Artiles Delarosa is an ISSA - Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Nutritionist, — and Bachelor Degrees holder from Lehman College, CUNY— Bachelors in Psychology and Philosophy (Ethics & Public Policy), a Minor in Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education & Promotion (Community Health),— he brings a human‑centered approach to every client. Vital Star Coaching exists to empower individuals to transform their lives from the inside out. Here, strength is more than physical — it’s clarity, resilience, and the courage to grow.
